Truett was crying constantly, and it was clear he was uncomfortable or in pain. He cried whenever he was in his car seat, didn’t like being laid down flat, and even cried while being held. His persistent crying made it incredibly hard for our family to stay regulated and calm throughout the day.
We tried everything: gas drops, gripe water, extra burping, leg circles, and different holding positions. We even asked the doctor, who suggested it could be colic or a dairy sensitivity, but that didn’t feel right.
At Empowered Origins, we learned about the nervous system and how its proper function can lead to both physical and behavioral improvements.
After starting care, his body began to relax, and he became more floppy—like a baby should. Over time, he fully relaxed and transformed into a completely different baby! Truett is now a happy, bouncy little guy who will happily play on the floor for long periods of time—a stark contrast to the unhappy, uncomfortable baby he once was!
